A stroll with my camera in Redcar on a cold sunny day
I decided to stroll with my camera on the Redcar seafront during lunch. It was a beautiful clear day although it was cold enough to chill my fingers after a while.
Redcar is quite a photogenic place with wind turbines, a promenade and small fishing boats. Considering the time of year there were a few people on the beach: small parties of walkers, a few individuals and a mother pushing a pram on the hard sand with a well-wrapped toddler tagging along behind her.
There are several active fishing boats in Redcar, mainly putting down crab/lobster pots and using old tractors to launch the boats into the sea.
